Stacey Andrews

Escrow Officer

Stacey Andrews is an experienced title professional with over 20 years in the real estate and title industry. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate the closing process with confidence. Stacey truly loves her work and takes pride in making every real estate transaction as smooth and positive as possible for buyers, sellers, and agents.

She lives in beautiful Richmond, Kentucky. Outside of work, Stacey is a big fan of Kentucky Wildcats men’s basketball and rarely misses a chance to cheer on the Cats. She also enjoys painting as a creative outlet and hobby.

With decades of experience and a passion for her profession, Stacey brings dedication, knowledge, and a personal touch to every closing she’s part of.

Laura Cook

As the Sales and Marketing Director, Laura works closely with real estate agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals to support their businesses and to help create smooth, successful closings for their clients. With a background in higher education and travel sales, she understands the importance of strong partnerships and professional development.

Laura is a long-time resident of Richmond, KY where she lives with her two sons and their pets. When not working at Jett Title, she enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, reading, and traveling.

Mathew Hulberg

Mathew Hulberg is a dedicated title professional at Jett Title with a diverse background in military service, sports leadership, and the mortgage industry. Originally from Minot, North Dakota, Mathew grew up on a small grain farm before attending North Dakota State University, where he studied architecture. In 1996, he joined the U.S. Army and was stationed at Fort Hood with the 1/7 Cavalry, including time deployed in Kuwait.

After completing his military service, Mathew returned to North Dakota where he served as President and General Manager of junior hockey teams in Minot and Bismarck. From 2008 to 2016, he worked as a mortgage loan officer before joining Jett Title in 2016.

Outside of work, Mathew is passionate about family, hockey, football, traveling, and spending time with friends. He has been married for 18 years and is the proud father of four children and grandfather to a three-year-old grandson.

Throughout their career, Daniel Smith has successfully owned and managed multiple businesses, including title companies and law firms across Michigan, Kentucky, and Florida. This extensive background in both law and business has equipped Daniel Smith with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in real estate transactions.
